and far from a yeast bread! \u00a0It was easy to make and the only change I made was omitting the walnuts, as I have a problem with walnuts and pecans. \u00a0It was just fine without it! \u00a0I used freshly rinsed and dried blueberries &#8211; Look at that gorgeous photo of the bottom of the bread! \u00a0I omitted the glaze because, honestly, it was sweet enough as is. \u00a0Next time I may reduce the sugar to 3\/4 cup instead of 1 cup. \u00a0It took my convection oven 65 minutes and was perfectly browned. \u00a0Definitely use PAM with flour spray on your metal pans for the best result. \u00a0It popped right out! \u00a0My entire family loved it! \u00a0\ud83d\ude42 \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>BREAD:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ingredient-wrap\" class=\"plaincharacterwrap break\" style=\"color: #4e4e4f;\">Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease an 8&#215;4 inch loaf pan. \u00a0(I used PAM with flour spray). \u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><strong><span class=\"plaincharacterwrap break\" style=\"color: #4e4e4f;\">In a mixing bowl, beat together butter, 1 cup sugar, juice and eggs. <\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><strong><span class=\"plaincharacterwrap break\" style=\"color: #4e4e4f;\">Combine flour, baking powder and salt; stir into egg mixture alternately with milk. <\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><strong><span class=\"plaincharacterwrap break\" style=\"color: #4e4e4f;\">Fold in lemon zest, nuts, and blueberries. Pour batter into prepared pan.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><strong><span class=\"plaincharacterwrap break\" style=\"color: #4e4e4f;\">Bake in preheated oven for 60 to 70 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean. <\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><strong><span class=\"plaincharacterwrap break\" style=\"color: #4e4e4f;\">Cool bread in pan for 10 minutes. <\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><strong><span class=\"plaincharacterwrap break\" style=\"color: #4e4e4f;\">(OPTIONAL GLAZE): \u00a0Meanwhile, combine lemon juice and 1\/4 cup sugar in a small bowl.
