Process until smooth. <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.\u00a0 <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">(YES, YOU MUST WAIT AT LEAST ONE HOUR.\u00a0 Preferably, overnight is best.)\u00a0 During this process the flour slowly absorbs the fluid mixture and this makes a great crepe. \u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and brush with oil. Pour 1\/4 cup of crepe batter into pan, tilting to completely coat the surface of the pan. <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Cook 2 to 5 minutes, turning once, until golden.
