Enjoy!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS:<label><label><\/label><\/label><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>1 tablespoon vegetable oil<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><label><label><\/label><\/label>1 onion, chopped (ONION POWDER IS FINE, OR GREEN ONIONS)**<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>1 clove garlic, minced (GARLIC POWDER IS FINE)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">(You can add other veggies like celery and green pepper like I have and it works wonderfully). <\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>2 carrots, chopped<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><label><label><\/label><\/label>2 teaspoons chili powder**<label><label><\/label><\/label><label><label><\/label><\/label><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><label><label><\/label><\/label>1 teaspoon ground cumin (I USED 1\/2 TSP)**<label><label><\/label><\/label><label><label><\/label><\/label><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><label><label><\/label><\/label>4 cups vegetable stock<label><label><\/label><\/label><label><label><\/label><\/label><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><label><label><\/label><\/label>2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, rinsed and drained (I USED LOW SODIUM)**<label><label><\/label><\/label><label><label><\/label><\/label><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><label><label><\/label><\/label>1 (8.75 ounce) can whole kernel corn<label><label><\/label><\/label><label><label><\/label><\/label><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><label><label><\/label><\/label>1\/4 teaspoon ground black pepper**<label><label><\/label><\/label><label><label><\/label><\/label><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><label><label><\/label><\/label>1 (14.5 ounce) can stewed tomatoes**<label><label><\/label><\/label><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">**Known IC irritants, tread carefully!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>DIRECTIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>In large saucepan, heat oil over medium heat; cook onion, garlic, and carrots, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until onion is softened. <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Add chili powder and cumin; cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
