this is one of those recipes where it&#8217;s hard to go wrong.\u00a0\u00a0 But I&#8217;m SURE you could go wrong, so don&#8217;t go crazy!\u00a0 \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>1 container 1 lb. 93% lean ground turkey<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Coarse salt<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>A few dashes of onion and\/or garlic powder, you estimate how much you like**<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>2 T. plain sour cream<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>1\/4 cup Panko bread crumbs <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>2 T. jarred Parmesan cheese, or use freshly grated<\/strong> (I use jarred)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dried or fresh parsley, you estimate how much you like <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>PAM or similar nonstick cooking spray<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">**Some IC sufferers do not tolerate onion well, tread carefully!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>DIRECTIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Heat oven to 375\u00b0 F.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Mix all ingredients together without over-mixing meat to make it tough. <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Spray cookie sheet or spray aluminum foil on cookie sheet.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Use a cookie scoop for best uniform results, or estimate with a spoon, and scoop meat mixture into round balls, place onto cookie sheet.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Cook 20 minutes.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Spray the tops of meatballs with cooking spray, flip, and cook an additional 20-25 minutes until meat registers safe with a cooking thermometer (165\u00b0 is safe).<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ok, meatballs don&#8217;t photograph well.\u00a0 With that said, these taste great.\u00a0 I came up with this recipe because I was sick of paying good money for a tiny bag of turkey meatballs that had additives.\u00a0 Honestly, these taste better than the bagged ones.\u00a0 It&#8217;s a very adaptable recipe so do what you like with it;
