{"id":387,"date":"2014-01-04T18:41:13","date_gmt":"2014-01-05T00:41:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/tiffanycooks.cyberphreak.com\/?p=387"},"modified":"2018-03-22T21:55:15","modified_gmt":"2018-03-23T02:55:15","slug":"one-bowl-chocolate-orange-bundt-cake","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tiffanycooks.cyberphreak.com\/?p=387","title":{"rendered":"One-Bowl Chocolate Orange Bundt Cake * (Not IC Safe)"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"pf-content\"><p><a href=\"http:\/\/tiffanycooks.cyberphreak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/Choc-Orange-Bundt-With-Eggs-12-131.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-391\" src=\"http:\/\/tiffanycooks.cyberphreak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/Choc-Orange-Bundt-With-Eggs-12-131-800x600.jpg\" alt=\"Choc Orange Bundt With Eggs 12-13\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tiffanycooks.cyberphreak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/Choc-Orange-Bundt-With-Eggs-12-131-800x600.jpg 800w, https:\/\/tiffanycooks.cyberphreak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/Choc-Orange-Bundt-With-Eggs-12-131.jpg 1000w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>This is a great cake for a lot of company coming.\u00a0 It makes a lot of batter and a lot of cake.\u00a0 I&#8217;ve made it twice and I prefer the dusted version above versus the frosting version I made.\u00a0 The dusted version is a lot simpler and the cake was moister.\u00a0 Definitely use an electric mixer for this, it will uniformly beat it to perfection.\u00a0 I used all orange juice, no water.\u00a0 I didn&#8217;t do the streusel.\u00a0 Always use room temp. eggs.<\/p>\n<p>INGREDIENTS:<\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>2\/3 cup cocoa, sifted**<\/li>\n<li>2 1\/4 cups all-purpose flour<\/li>\n<li>2 cups sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 teaspoons baking powder<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 teaspoons baking soda<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 teaspoons instant coffee granules**<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 cups unsweetened orange juice (or use 3\/4 cup each juice and water or 1-1\/2 cups water)**<\/li>\n<li>3 eggs<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoons vanilla**<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/4 cups canola oil or 1 1\/4 cups vegetable oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>**Known IC irritants, tread carefully!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Directions:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Set oven to 350 degrees F.<\/li>\n<li>Set rack to second-lowest position.<\/li>\n<li>Generously grease and flour a 12-cup bundt pan (I use my Pan Release for this, make certain to well-grease your pan!).<\/li>\n<li>In an extra large mixing bowl, combine all the cake ingredients; mix on medium speed of an electric mixer for about 3 minutes or until very well combined.<\/li>\n<li>Bake for about 50-60 minutes or until the cake tests done (if using the streusal the cake will take slightly longer to bake).<\/li>\n<li>Cool in pan for about 15-20 minutes before removing.<\/li>\n<li>Frost or glaze if desired when completely cooled.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Optional STREUSAL;
