Omit these to make it IC safe.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>DIRECTIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #003300;\"><strong>Bring 1 1\/2 cups water to a boil in a saucepan; stir rice into boiling water.
