Bladder Safe&#8221;.\u00a0 If you can tolerate tomato in quantity, try it.\u00a0 I used to be able to eat this, now that my IC has worsened, I can&#8217;t even have one bite.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"ingredient-amt\">20\u00a0<\/span>jumbo pasta shells (about half a 12-ounce box)<\/li>\n<li>One \u00a024-ounce jar marinara sauce<\/li>\n<li>Two \u00a015-ounce containers ricotta<\/li>\n<li>2 cups baby spinach, chopped<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"ingredient-amt\">1\/2\u00a0<\/span>cup grated Parmesan (2 ounces)<\/li>\n<li>kosher salt<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"ingredient-amt\">1\/2\u00a0<\/span>cup grated mozzarella (4 ounces)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>DIRECTIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Set an oven rack to the highest position and heat oven to 400\u00b0 F.<\/li>\n<li>Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain and run under cold water to cool.<\/li>\n<li>Spread the marinara sauce in the bottom of a large broiler-proof baking dish.<\/li>\n<li>In a bowl, combine the ricotta, spinach, Parmesan, \u00bd teaspoon salt.<\/li>\n<li>Spoon the mixture into the shells and place them on top of the sauce.<\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle the shells with the mozzarella and bake until heated through, 10 to 12 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Increase heat to broil.
