\u00a0Haha&#8230;.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>**I used the 1.5 LB. size and &#8220;light crust&#8221; color setting on my machine.<\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 cup water<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp. butter or margarine, softened<\/li>\n<li>3 cups BREAD flour<\/li>\n<li>3 tbsp. sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 tsp. salt<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. ground cinnamon**<\/li>\n<li>2 1\/2 tsp. bread machine yeast<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 cup to 1 cup dark raisins**<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">**Known IC irritants, tread carefully!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>DIRECTIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Measure carefully, placing all ingredients except raisins in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. \u00a0<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em><a style=\"color: #ff0000;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.recipesource.com\/misc\/hints\/flour-weights01.html\">Weighing your bread flour,<\/a> or any flour will always turn out best. \u00a0I go off the general assumption that 1 cup of flour equals 125 grams, but check your package or check online. \u00a0 \u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li>Add raisins at the &#8220;Raisin\/Nut&#8221; audible signal, or 5-10 minutes before the last kneading cycle ends.<\/li>\n<li>Select Sweet or Basic\/White cycle.<\/li>\n<li>Use medium or light crust color.<\/li>\n<li>Select 1.5 LB. loaf size.<\/li>\n<li>Once completed, remove baked bread from pan and cool on wire rack before slicing.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is a keeper recipe &#8211; it makes great tasting cinnamon raisin bread that can go desserty, it can be your carb for breakfast, or just a treat. \u00a0It&#8217;s a great all-around special bread machine concoction. \u00a0Enjoy&#8230; I bumped up the raisins to 1 cup &#8211; c&#8217;mon, it is raisin bread!
