{"id":929,"date":"2015-04-29T20:06:14","date_gmt":"2015-04-30T01:06:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/tiffanycooks.cyberphreak.com\/?p=929"},"modified":"2015-04-29T20:15:52","modified_gmt":"2015-04-30T01:15:52","slug":"easy-triple-cheese-lasagna","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/tiffanycooks.cyberphreak.com\/?p=929","title":{"rendered":"Easy Triple-Cheese Lasagna"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"pf-content\"><p><a href=\"http:\/\/tiffanycooks.cyberphreak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/2lasagna-4-15.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-930\" src=\"http:\/\/tiffanycooks.cyberphreak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/2lasagna-4-15-800x600.jpg\" alt=\"2lasagna-4-15\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"http:\/\/tiffanycooks.cyberphreak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/2lasagna-4-15-800x600.jpg 800w, http:\/\/tiffanycooks.cyberphreak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/2lasagna-4-15.jpg 1000w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/tiffanycooks.cyberphreak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/lasagna-4-15.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-931\" src=\"http:\/\/tiffanycooks.cyberphreak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/lasagna-4-15-800x600.jpg\" alt=\"lasagna-4-15\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"http:\/\/tiffanycooks.cyberphreak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/lasagna-4-15-800x600.jpg 800w, http:\/\/tiffanycooks.cyberphreak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/lasagna-4-15.jpg 1000w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This is a very good lasagna. \u00a0What we found interesting was the day we made it, it was just in the &#8220;okay\/good&#8221; pile. \u00a0The next day, after a night in the fridge, it morphed into something you would taste at a fancy, exotic Italian restaurant. \u00a0It got 100x better! \u00a0It had more depth of flavor and didn&#8217;t taste bland at all. \u00a0**We used 85% ground beef, ricotta, and shredded Italian cheese. \u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">For the ricotta, don&#8217;t use fat free ricotta, at least use the medium fat one like we did &#8211; I think the ricotta was 6g fat a serving. \u00a0<\/span>Enjoy!<\/p>\n<p>INGREDIENTS:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes with Italian herbs<\/li>\n<li>1 lb. ground beef or Italian sausage (casings removed)<\/li>\n<li>6 uncooked dried lasagna noodles<\/li>\n<li>2 cups (8 oz) shredded Italian cheese blend or mozzarella cheese<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 cups cottage cheese or ricotta cheese<\/li>\n<li>2 T. grated or shredded Parmesan cheese<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>DIRECTIONS:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Set oven at 350 degrees and preheat.<\/li>\n<li>Spray 2 qt. rectangular baking dish with cooking spray.<\/li>\n<li>Spoon 1 cup crushed tomatoes into baking dish.<\/li>\n<li>Cook meat in large skillet, drain.<\/li>\n<li>Stir in remaining undrained tomatoes, bring to boil.<\/li>\n<li>Place 2 uncooked noodles in dish, top with 1\/3 of the meat\/sauce mixture and 1\/3 of the Italian cheese.<\/li>\n<li>Repeat layers.<\/li>\n<li>Top with cottage cheese (preferably ricotta!), \u00a0then remaining noodles, meat mixture, and Italian cheese.<\/li>\n<li>When in doubt, if that&#8217;s confusing, JUST KEEP LAYERING!
