{"id":568,"date":"2014-06-16T13:41:40","date_gmt":"2014-06-16T18:41:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/tiffanycooks.cyberphreak.com\/?p=568"},"modified":"2014-06-16T13:42:23","modified_gmt":"2014-06-16T18:42:23","slug":"out-of-this-world-cheese-bread","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/tiffanycooks.cyberphreak.com\/?p=568","title":{"rendered":"Out-Of-This-World Cheese Bread"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"pf-content\"><p><a href=\"http:\/\/tiffanycooks.cyberphreak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/bread1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-575\" src=\"http:\/\/tiffanycooks.cyberphreak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/bread1-800x600.jpg\" alt=\"SAMSUNG CAMERA PICTURES\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"http:\/\/tiffanycooks.cyberphreak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/bread1-800x600.jpg 800w, http:\/\/tiffanycooks.cyberphreak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/bread1.jpg 1000w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/tiffanycooks.cyberphreak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/bread2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-576\" src=\"http:\/\/tiffanycooks.cyberphreak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/bread2-800x600.jpg\" alt=\"SAMSUNG CAMERA PICTURES\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"http:\/\/tiffanycooks.cyberphreak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/bread2-800x600.jpg 800w, http:\/\/tiffanycooks.cyberphreak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/bread2.jpg 1000w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>This is simply put, an amazing cheese bread.\u00a0 I highly recommend it in every way!\u00a0 **During the rising process, I tried something new that worked.\u00a0 I set the oven to 200 and let it preheat.\u00a0 When the bread was ready to rise, I turned off the oven and put the bread in.\u00a0 It worked very well, sped up the time, and didn&#8217;t harm the bread!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>INGREDIENTS:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 pkg. active dry yeast<\/li>\n<li>1 cup lukewarm milk<\/li>\n<li>2 T. butter (I used unsalted)<\/li>\n<li>3 cups flour<\/li>\n<li>2 tsp. salt<\/li>\n<li>1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>DIRECTIONS:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Combine the yeast and milk, stir, and leave for 15 mins. to dissolve.<\/li>\n<li>Melt the butter, let cool, and add to the yeast mixture.<\/li>\n<li>Mix the flour and salt together in a large bowl.\u00a0 Make a well in the center and pour in the yeast mixture.<\/li>\n<li>With a wooden spoon, stir from the center, incorporating flour with each turn, to obtain a rough dough.\u00a0 (I DID THIS STEP IN MY STAND MIXER.)\u00a0 If the dough seems too dry, add 2-3 T. water.<\/li>\n<li>Transfer to a floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic.<\/li>\n<li>Return to the bowl, cover, and leave to rise in a warm place until doubled in volume, 2-3 hours.\u00a0 **I think it took me 1-1.5 hours with my oven trick.<\/li>\n<li>Grease a 9&#215;5&#8243; loaf pan.\u00a0 Punch down dough to release trapped air with your fist.\u00a0 Knead in the cheese, distributing it as evenly as possible.<\/li>\n<li>Twist the dough, form into a loaf shape, and place in pan, tucking the ends under.
