Gently mix until a soft dough forms.<\/li>\n<li>Roll or pat out on a floured surface to 3\/4&#8243; thick.\u00a0 (Gradually add more flour if dough is too sticky to work with).<\/li>\n<li>Cut into circles with biscuit cutter and place on baking sheet.\u00a0 (Use parchment paper if you want to go the extra mile).<\/li>\n<li>Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the bottoms of the biscuits are golden brown.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We really enjoyed these cheddar biscuits.\u00a0 They were not too much work and you could even use the food processor to make it easier, like I did.\u00a0 Definitely use butter instead of margarine.\u00a0 Fresh thyme would be best but dried thyme works too.\u00a0 Enjoy!
