I was using one with soy and it was irritating me.\u00a0 I found a pre-made one from ALDI that does not have soy and it&#8217;s safe!\u00a0 If using pre-made broth, omit bouillon cubes, and replace 4 cups water with 4 cups chicken broth.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>DIRECTIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Spray pressure cooker with cooking oil \/ spray.<\/li>\n<li>Add all ingredients to cooker.<\/li>\n<li>Set pressure cooker to &#8220;sealing&#8221;, not venting.<\/li>\n<li>I set it on manual for 15 minutes. \u00a0Once the correct pressure is achieved, it will countdown from 15 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>I slowly and carefully released the steam vent with a long spoon with a hook at the end.<\/li>\n<li>It wasn&#8217;t done, so I put it on &#8220;keep warm&#8221; and about 5 minutes later, it was perfect!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is a perfectly simple and fast way to cook your brown rice. \u00a0The pressure cooker (my Instapot) infuses so much flavor in a short time, it shocks me!
