\u00a0<strong>Don&#8217;t die without eating or making this yourself. \u00a0I warned you!\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1189\" src=\"http:\/\/tiffanycooks.cyberphreak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/P1080840-800x600.jpg\" alt=\"P1080840\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"http:\/\/tiffanycooks.cyberphreak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/P1080840-800x600.jpg 800w, http:\/\/tiffanycooks.cyberphreak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/P1080840-768x576.jpg 768w, http:\/\/tiffanycooks.cyberphreak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/P1080840.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Only buy your heavy cream if it has one ingredient. \u00a0Otherwise it&#8217;s an impostor for this recipe (or any recipe).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1190\" src=\"http:\/\/tiffanycooks.cyberphreak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/P1080839-800x654.jpg\" alt=\"P1080839\" width=\"800\" height=\"654\" srcset=\"http:\/\/tiffanycooks.cyberphreak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/P1080839-800x654.jpg 800w, http:\/\/tiffanycooks.cyberphreak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/P1080839-768x628.jpg 768w, http:\/\/tiffanycooks.cyberphreak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/P1080839.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>NOTE: Use only the highest quality ingredients for this dessert. \u00a0Do not use heavy cream that has any ingredient other than &#8220;heavy cream&#8221;. \u00a0It shouldn&#8217;t have any additives, preservatives, or carageenan etc. \u00a0DO NOT use any low fat or reduced fat ingredients. \u00a0This is not the time. \u00a0Only use full fat sour cream and unadulterated heavy cream. \u00a0No substitutes at all. \u00a0Follow the directions precisely and you will have an awesome dessert that you won&#8217;t believe.<\/p>\n<p>INGREDIENTS:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 teaspoons gelatin sprinkled over 2 tablespoons room temperature water<\/li>\n<li>3 cups heavy cream (no substitutes)<\/li>\n<li>2\/3 cup sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 tsp. vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>pinch of salt<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 cup sour cream (whole fat!)<\/li>\n<li>Fresh berries, honey, or other toppings (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>DIRECTIONS:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In a small bowl or ramekin: prinkle the gelatin in the room temp. water and let it sit for 5-10 minutes to gel up.<\/li>\n<li>Heat the cream, sugar, and salt until it&#8217;s very warm and steam starts to come off of it. \u00a0<em>Do not boil it!
